2. Bookings and Scheduling

All services are subject to availability.

• Event and on-site bookings must be scheduled at least 14 days (2 weeks) in advance of the requested service date
• Bookings are confirmed only after scheduling is completed through our official booking system and any required payment is received
• A designated point of contact may be required for coordination of on-site services
• AMBR GO reserves the right to decline, modify, or reschedule bookings based on availability or operational needs

3. Cancellations and Refund Policy

To ensure proper scheduling and staffing, the following policies apply:

• Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled service date to be eligible for a refund
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled service are non-refundable
• Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed
• No-shows or failure to provide access to the agreed service space will be treated as a late cancellation and are non-refundable

4. Payments

• Payment terms are provided during the booking process
• Certain services may require deposits or full prepayment
• All payments must be completed as agreed prior to service delivery
• For on-site services, payment structure may vary between business-paid and individual-paid sessions

5. Service Scope and Health Disclaimer

AMBR GO provides wellness and recovery services intended to support general wellbeing.

• Services may include massage, assisted stretching, and recovery techniques
• Services are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice
• Clients should consult a licensed healthcare provider for medical concerns
• Clients are responsible for disclosing relevant health conditions prior to services
• Participation in services is voluntary and at the client’s own risk

6. On-Site Services and Environment

For services delivered within workplaces, events, or shared environments:

• The hosting location is responsible for providing a safe, clean, and appropriate space for services
• A minimum workable area may be required depending on the service format
• Clients and participants must follow any site-specific rules or guidelines
• AMBR GO is not responsible for conditions of the host location outside of our control
• Individual sessions may be offered within shared environments, with participation being optional and self-directed

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• AMBR GO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for injuries resulting from failure to disclose medical conditions or misuse of services
• Total liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the service
